HOW TO PLAY

• Goal: Your objective is to form the number 24 using all four numbers on the card.
• Solving: To solve a card, you can tap on a number or slide between two numbers and choose the desired operation (+ – x ÷). The operations available for use are addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Bear in mind that each number can only be used once, and every card has at least one solution. Most cards have multiple possible solutions.
• Difficulties: Cards are ranked by difficulty levels, indicated by dots in the corners. Cards with 1 dot are easy, those with 2 dots are medium, and those with 3 dots are tough!
• Strategies: A useful strategy is to select one number on the card and transform the remaining three numbers to achieve the numbers you need. For example, if you have a 4, try to use it along with other operations to create 6, 20, 28, or 96.
• Common patterns: Some commonly used patterns to create 24 include 6x4, 8x3, 12x2, and 24x1. Instead of considering the numbers independently, try to identify pairs that can be combined. For instance, given the card with numbers 8, 7, 5, and 4, you can add 7 and 5 to make 12 and then divide 8 by 4, resulting in 2. Multiply 12 and 2, and you have your desired 24.
